What's the big deal about a brand

Are you advertising for you or just using standard marketing materials?
Branding is all about making marketing impressions. If you don't have a brand, logo and consistent look you are losing brand impressions because people do not recognize your marketing materials. Or they think it is advertising for the company you work for.

1. You are a business within a business.
2. Your objective should be

3. You must be the CENTER of your marketing.
4. You need to be unique.
5. Think perceived value.
6. Expect to wait one year for results.
7. The key to success is repetition.
8. Focus on building a client base.

Of those eight points, the first five are focused on creating your personal brand. Who you are, what you do that is unique and special, and how you are presented in everything you do. The next three are related to the implementation of your new brand and identity.
